Hey, guys, I've got a question.

[He sighs. It's something that's been bothering him for a while.]

See, I've got this friend, who's... well, he's a little shy. Doesn't have a lot of friends, kinda serious and lately it seems like he's had a lot on his mind.

For those of you who don't know him, his name's Kohan. He's tall, has silver hair with black streaks, looks kinda like Riku...

Anyway, I'm just wondering what I should do. I really wanna make him feel better, but I don't wanna force things on him and make him uncomfortable.

See, I got this guy for Christmas, but I'm not really sure how to take care of him or what he really is. I get that he's some kinda horse, but that emblem on him's really unfamiliar. I know he's definitely not an Unversed...

Plus, I dunno what I oughta be feeding him. All I do know is that he keeps staring at the bakery whenever we walk by.

[But later on, Ven can be found riding on his colorful steed. ...awkwardly.

It seems that his Dream Eater's taking him on a wild goose chase, straight for the bakery, and... Right into the roof, leading to an awkward landing when the two slide down from the edge.

[It takes a few minutes for him to respond, though a good portion of that is dedicated to making a stronger filter. He doesn't exactly want to embarrass Kohan by asking about him... though he probably wouldn't have to ask if he hadn't been avoiding him since their last talk.]

He's been... quiet. I can tell something's up with him, but whenever I try asking, he says there's nothing wrong.

Wish there was some way I could get through to him.

But the problem is, that just makes me worry more. It's not good to keep that kinda stuff bottled up, and I just wish he'd talk to me about it.

[After all, he's known Kohan for ages now.]

Perhaps he just needs a little more time to think about things for himself? It's possible he might be... confused about why he's upset.

[Or at least that's where Ion's been these past few days. Would it be a stretch to think Kohan could be in the same situation?]

And I've gotten him to talk...a bit more than he used to! You just need to know what they like, or ramble on about things until something happens.

Yeah, I guess you're right! It's not like he never talks or anything, but lately he's just been super quiet. Like, quieter than usual.

[And while it may not be Ven's business (who's he to say?), he still can't help but wonder...]

Fishing, huh? I'd probably have to be subtle about it, though. Sometimes it's really hard to get him to talk about his feelings.

Yeah, that's true! I'm not trying to force him or anything; just wasn't sure if cakes and stuff were really healthy for him.

Long as he doesn't get sick, I guess it couldn't hurt. He probably knows what's good for him better than I do, anyway.

If it doesn't work, feed him grass. I've seen other monsters that look like him that eat grass.

I can see why you'd think that, but I've never seen a Pokémon this colorful before. Plus he's got that emblem on his chest.

Does that emblem mean something? It doesn't look like it's just some random marking... it's way too neat for that.

See, that's what I'm thinking, too. There's gotta be some kinda significance to it. I mean, the Unversed all had the same kinda emblem, so maybe it's like that.
