Nineteenth Shooting Star - voice/action;
[It happened when he went to check up on Vanitas and give him some freshly cooked ravioli. He'd gotten his head on straight after the recent experiment, meaning that he'd settled back to his regular routine, albeit with some awkwardness.
But when he went into Vanitas' room, he found nothing. Nothing but his music player and a few CDs left behind. It's... jarring, to say the least. He'd been spending months trying to make Vanitas a better person, but now that he's gone--
He could come back without memories. He'd be back to the way he was, hurting people for his own enjoyment. Trying to forge the χ-blade...
When Ven addresses the journal, there's no mistaking it-- he's upset. While some might be happy to hear the news, Ven is not one of those people.]
For those of you that knew him, Vanitas is... gone.
I guess you guys don't have to worry about him now.
[Except Ven's scared. Housemates might find him up on the roof, warily watching the sky. Later on, he'll be hanging by the bakery and the library, just trying to find a suitable distraction. First one of his closest friends disappeared, and now this... Just his luck.]

[Voice]
I'm sorry to hear this Vanitas-san has gone home. [...] Should Fuuko bring some cupcakes over?
[Voice]
If you want. And... well, I've got some star-shaped cookies leftover.
[Voice]
Sounds great, Fuuko will be over soon. [...] Ah, Ven-san, where do you live exactly? [Probably should have asked this first.]
[Voice]
[Voice]
[And a short time later, Fuuko will be walking down the path with a bag of baked good in her arms towards House 39.]
[Action]
[Action]
Fuuko tried to be as quick as possible so hopefully you didn't wait too long.
[Action]
[Aww, she's so sweet. He'll go ahead and grab one with a great big smile.]
[Action]
Good! [...] What sort of person was Vanitas-san like, if you don't mind telling Fuuko about it? [Seeing as he just left and all.]
[Action]
[Okay, how to put this... After all, Vanitas started out pretty darn awful.
Welp, honesty is the best policy.]
To tell you the truth, he used to be really dangerous. He'd hurt people just for fun, and a lot of my friends suffered because of him. For the longest time, I couldn't stand him, but after he got killed and came back blind, I found him starving and... well, I couldn't leave him there.
That's why I worked really hard to get him to reform, and he came so far after I worked with him. He still wasn't really a nice guy, but he was a lot better.
[Action]
That's awfully kind of you Ven-san, to go out of your way like that to help such a person despite what they might be like. It's a shame for him to go after all the progress you seemed to have made with him.
[But then, a little more light hearted now-]
Aqua-san said you have a habit of making friends with just about anyone, and this proves it.
[Action]
[Oh gosh, now he feels a tiny bit silly, but it does help.]
Well, I like to think there's good in just about everybody. Sometimes it's just harder to see.
[Action]
[That last part was meant to be spoken to herself, but everyone having good in them is a pretty new concept to her. Quickly waving her hands in front of her face!]
Never mind, Fuuko just said something without thinking! But... Does that apply to the villains you hear about in fairytales too? Are they really good deep down?
[Maybe she should be a little more lenient on the weird guys if that's the case.]
[Action]
Well, there's light and darkness in just about every heart. It's just that sometimes that light's harder to see.
[Action]
[This might be Fuuko attempting understand things better. Or her trying to make up a metaphor for the heck of it.]
You're making Fuuko think differently about a few of the people here when you put it like that Ven-san. [Maybe she owes some weird guys apologies, seeing as they're probably nice. Somewhere. Deep down. Maybe.]
[Action]
Is that a good thing or a bad thing?
[Action]
[...] But just thinking about Masaomi-san and Arata-san not being weird is a little weird in itself!
[Action]
[He does get a little eccentric, but he's a nice guy.]
[Action]
[Spoke as though this is the WORST. POSSIBLE. THING.]
[Action]
Yeah, Kida does get a little strange sometimes, but he's a nice guy! I guess he just likes girls a whole lot.
[Action]
[And whilst he does have his kind moments the sheer amount of weird outweighs that.]
It's awkward. How is Fuuko meant to react when Fuuko's hand is kissed so suddenly? Fuuko really feels strange at times like those.
[Action]
[He rubs the back of his neck.]
But at least it was just your hand and not on the lips. That'd be really awkward!
[Action]
[Too bad Nagisa doesn't remember that kiss or anything about her at all. Damn memories.]
If he made any move on Fuuko's lips then Fuuko couldn't be held responsible if the starfish decided to smack Masaomi-san across the face!!
[Action]
[And... Minako called their time together a date, too. Buuuh.]
But it sounds like the Starfish are pretty tough!
[Action]
[...Ven. You are such a derp.]
The starfish are very tough, Fuuko once went a whole five minutes smacking Sunohara-san with a starfish and nothing bad happened at all. The starfish was very strong throughout the whole ordeal.
