[He's been staring at his journal for a while, just trying to find the right words. It's... difficult, in part because he's so surprised and also due to sadness.

When Ven speaks into the journal, he tries to hide his disappointment; as a result, he sounds pretty strained.]

Hey, guys. Looks like it's December now, which means Christmas is right around the corner. I heard about a party over the journals, but does anyone else have something fun planned? If it's anything like last year, we'll probably get a ton of snow. A big snowball fight could be fun. Just an idea.

[He sighs. This isn't working...]

Terra's gone. After all this time, I didn't think he'd... [A beat.]

Does anyone wanna hang out? Or do something? I think I need a distraction right now.

[There, at least he's being honest. And with that, he'll probably check up on his housemates (especially Vanitas) and then head out into the village for a bit. He might be wandering a little aimlessly. He'll be just about everywhere before he returns back to the house.

Since I've been here, this is his...fourth time around? Something like that. If Sora keeps being a boomerang, Terra will be, too.

Yeah, you're right.

[A pause.]

Four times, though. Seems like Sora's been around for a while now!

This time around? He's been here for almost a whole year. It's progress. Before that he was here for over a year, too, and before that it was only a few months. Before that? I'm not sure how long he was here. He was here when I first arrived but then he left.

Maybe this time he'll stick around for the long haul. Haven't some people been here for a really long time?

Yeah, there are some people that've been here for nearly four years. I've been here over three, and Kairi and Axel have been here almost three, too.

Wow, and I thought me being here for one year was a long time.

That's still definitely a long time. Don't think it isn't.

Yeah, that's true. And it's not like I'm in a hurry to leave, either.

Huh? Why not?

'Cause I don't wanna forget this place or leave all my friends behind.

Just like the rest of us...I think that's why a lot of us just have gotten used to this place.

Yeah. I know this place gets really harsh sometimes, but all the friends I've made are important to me. It wouldn't be the same without 'em.

Guess it's a good thing we're not going anywhere anytime soon.

Yeah. Maybe we'll find a way out where we can keep out memories someday. I sure hope so.

Think about it this way, dude. If we can travel between different worlds back home, maybe there's a way we can travel between the different worlds when we get out of this place. We can see everybody else.

That's what I'm hoping for, but what about different times?

Then I hope we do find a way to keep our memories someday. Like if they figure out a real way outta here.

We just have to keep positive, don't we? Things can't continue being bad forever.

Nah. It just means people might get us mixed up even more.
