It's one of the worlds I visited!

[With the place all set up, he'll turn his attention back to Luke.]

They throw this huge festival with all kinds of fun games.

[fabrecation]

[That's right, Ven and his friends can visit all kinds of worlds... Huh.]

A festival? [He reaches up to pass his hand through the back of his head.] I'm kind of jealous... You get to go to all these cool places.

[risingwinds]

Well, I'm sure there's cool places back in your world, too!

[Don't feel so down, Luke. Buuut...]

But if you want, I can show you around! Maybe I can teach you how to play some of the games.

[fabrecation]

The games? Like what?

[... Wait they're supposed to be sparring.]

You know what, show me later. We've still got some training to do!

[risingwinds]

Right! I almost forgot.

[He'll go ahead and get his Keyblade ready, then.]

[fabrecation]

[He responds with a half smirk, and he gets out his sword as he heads toward the room. He's not really sure what to expect; another village? An amusement park?

...

Nope. It's a... very colorful, very weirdly shaped place.]

... What? [- KIND OF PLACE IS THIS.]

[risingwinds]

[...Luke, your reaction is kinda amazing.]

Surprised?

[fabrecation]

It's really... bright. [NOT TOO IMPRESSED HERE...]

[risingwinds]

I... guess so?

[He never saw a problem with it, erp.]

[fabrecation]

[It just isn't exactly where he expects a spar...!!]

... Right, whatever. [He turns to Ventus, sword held by his side with a half smile.] You ready, Ven?

[risingwinds]

I was born ready!

[Slipping into a fighting stance nooow.]

[fabrecation]

We'll see about that!

[And with that, he races forward to start it off. Luke just isn't the type to wait around to see what his opponent does. Once he reaches him, he swings towards Ven's side, though he doesn't expect it to connect. In a way, it's to see how he'll react, how he'll guard or dodge.]

[risingwinds]

[DODGE ROLL, man! Ven's quick to roll out of the way, and then he'll attempt to nail Luke from behind.]

[fabrecation]

No way!

[Luke yells as he holds up his sword with both hands just as he's turning, blocking the attack. So, Ven rolls to get out of the way, huh? That's different from how Luke would just leap, but effective.

He holds his own for a moment before he attempts another move; he seems to move so fast that he disappears behind Ven, and he prepares a series of kicks and swipes with the sword, the Swallow Fury.]

[risingwinds]

Whoa!

[Ven takes the hit at full force, but he's quick to counter by hurling his Keyblade like a boomerang straight at Luke. Strike Raid? You bet your bottom dollar!]

[fabrecation]

[And unfortunately, Luke has to pause a little to recover from his artes, so he takes that Keyblade full force, too, just as he was straightening up.]

Gah - ! [He cringes - ow that's a giant key to his chest, but recovers quickly enough. He prepares another arte, now that he's further away from Ven: Demon Fist, sending a wave of energy at him. It's fairly easy to dodge the further away the enemy is, but Luke tends to use it more as a distraction anyway. He runs behind the wave, keeping a close eye on Ven with his sword ready.]

[risingwinds]

[Well, it's a good distraction, as Ven focuses his efforts on rolling out of the blast's path. There's probably an opening from behind or the sides now.]

[fabrecation]

[Which Luke takes advantage of - the final step is more of a skid as he stops himself and holds out his right hand, where energy gathers, then explodes in a forceful push - Raging Blast. He'll try to slash his sword if it connects right, to get in another hit.]

[risingwinds]

[Well, Ven'll take the blast, but don't expect him to stay open for good. He's a very speedy guy, and though the blast sends him skidding forward a bit, he quickly whirls around in an attempt to block.]

[fabrecation]

[The block connects, and Luke pushes against the sword in an attempt to throw Ven off balance. He won't stay like that for long, though, since he knows this is a bit vulnerable, so he leaps back a good few feet before moving in again, to swing his sword several times from different directions.]
