I didn't accept my darkness. I was too scared, so I guess it all built up beneath the surface. When Master Xehanort split us apart, all that darkness broke free without anything to hold it back.

Because I didn't accept the darkness. Master Xehanort wanted the χ-blade, but when I couldn't make it myself, he just split me in two.

[He looks a bit pained as he says this.]

And then I lost everything. My memories, who I was... I was like a zombie.

["And then Sora found you."] It was like that for me, too. Not that anybody stabbed me trying to make something, but Sora stabbed himself. But when he did we were split and I didn't know anything.

Yeah. It was just... fractured, I guess. My memory's really fuzzy, but I know that something helped heal my heart. Even if it doesn't have any darkness, I'm still here. So there has to be a reason for it.

[And he's got a few suspicions.]

I still gotta tell Sora about this.
