Well, I've tried looking around on my Glider a few times, but I was never allowed to go too far. Master Eraqus was really protective of me; I wasn't supposed to go to other worlds in the first place.

Whenever I asked if I could visit other worlds, he always told me no. And when I finally did leave, Aqua kept trying to take me back. My friends and Master thought it was too dangerous and that I couldn't take care of myself.

Yeah, but I wish they'd let me be more independent. I've been training just as hard as they have, and I've taken on some pretty tough Unversed before.

I know if I had a cute little brother, I wouldn't ever want to put him in danger. I'd hate to see him grow up and would want him to stay his adorable self all the time, but... That's just not possible. I'm sure if you give them a little time, and keep on proving yourself you'll reach that point eventually.

That's what I'm trying to do. Even if they mean well, there's gotta be some way to prove I'm not just a kid. Besides, we're a team; if something ever happened to them, I'd be ready to jump in and lend a hand.

And like you said, they are like family to me. They're kinda like older siblings, especially Terra.

I was in a similar position a while back, believe it or not. It's not because of age though, rather... My gender. It's probably not as bad as for you, but within my team, I was a leader. They was a dispute over that, and my male team mates would always insist protecting me.



... yeah, that's what I never got to experience.

Really? But just because you're a girl doesn't mean you can't lead. My friend Aqua was the first of us to become a Keyblade Master, and she's really strong. Both with fighting and where it really counts.

It's different where you go. It was fine in the end, since I earned their trust and respect as a leader eventually.



... Yeah, I shouldn't take advantage of these things. In a lot of ways, I'm really lucky.

It might take a little bit of navigating before Ven finds the 'entrance' to one of the rooms (http://images.wikia.com/kingdomhearts/images/e/e0/Hollow_Bastion-_Lift_Stop_%28Art%29_KHI.png) in the Hollow Bastion castle. A lift stop, to be precise.]

Well, my world's called the Land of Departure, but I don't know what this place is.

[But here, he'll step outta the way so she can slide on in and take a look around the lift stop in this crazy huge castle.]

There're some rooms we could check out, or we could ride the lift up higher. There's a really neat view up there!

Maybe it's a place one of your friend's have visited, then. All these places seem picture-perfect for postcards or the like, if I say so myself.

Postcards? You know, I can kinda see that, even if this place is kinda huge.

I haven't sent mail for a long time, with the internet and all... But writing letters was always nice! The same goes for receiving, too.

Even here, we have the journals too... So I guess there wouldn't be much of a point.

It'd still be nice as a keepsake. Besides, the Malnosso can't monitor letters.

[No malfunctions here! Just going up higher and higher until they reach their destination and are given a spectacular view of the castle and all its contraptions, the sunset sky, and the ground below. They might even catch a glimpse of the Rising Falls from afar.]

I think that defeats the purpose of waiting anxiously for the mail man everyday, but it's a good solution! I go for runs in the morning sometimes, so I could always run by your house and drop it off then.
