[Yeah, he still feels a little awkward here, mainly because that was a pretty rough conversation.]

[She sighs and runs her fingers through her hair. Back on topic.]

Anyway, I... wanted to apologize. I'm sorry for not believing you. About... Mickey, and Captain Hook and the rest.

[Whoa, she's apologizing? Well then! He definitely didn't expect that.

But Ven's far from the type to stay bitter or hold a grudge.]

It's okay. You said they're just stories in your world, right?

Yes. My father used to read to me about Peter Pan and Captain Hook, so when you spoke of them as if they were real...

But I've since learned that even such people as storybook characters show up here. So... I'm sorry.

Hey, don't worry about it. People here come from all kinds of different worlds, and I know that stuff like magic isn't real in all of 'em.

I just never thought that there'd be stories about my friends out there.

Mickey Mouse is one of the most well known figures in my world. He's been in... oh, countless movies.

Who else have you met?

I've met all kinds of different people!

[Oh, and he sounds so excited to talk about 'em.]

First, I ran into seven dwarfs... but they were kinda mean. I guess they just wanted to protect Snow White, and I did kinda scare them. Then there's Cinderella! Her dream was to go to the ball, but her step-mother kept giving her work so she couldn't work on her dress. That's why me and Jaq finished it for her!

[A beat.]

He's a mouse, by the way. Just not like Mickey.

[He... could really go on for a while, but let's see...]

I met three fairies, and I helped 'em save princess Aurora. To tell you the truth, it'd take a while to list 'em all.

No, but maybe she's out there somewhere! There're still a bunch of worlds I've never seen.

Is she in one of those stories too?

There's a man called Disney in my world. He made movies about all those people you just mentioned, and more.

I've never seen a movie about you, though.

[Movies about his friends, huh? Now that's interesting.]

I've heard a few people talk about Disney, too. Gold told me about him, and I've heard about "Disney World", but I've only ever been to Disney Town.

[He scratches his cheek.]

It's where I met Huey, Dewey, and Louie and helped 'em with their ice cream machine!

Only here. Disney Town's probably named after him, too, but nobody back home ever talked about him or his movies.

I dunno. Maybe there's a Disney in their world, but instead of being a movie maker, he was famous for something else. Like being one of the first citizens or something!
