Fourth Shooting Star - voice;

Hey, there's something I've been wondering for a while now. Some people here use words like "kun" and uh... "san" at the end of people's names, but what does it mean? Is it like saying mister or miss? It's something I never heard before I came here, not even in other worlds.

[Hmm. There's something else he's curious about, too. Prior to the draft, people were talking about Christmas, so...]

By the way, isn't Christmas coming up pretty soon? I wonder if Santa's gonna make it here. If he can travel to all the worlds in one night, then I'm sure it's possible, but what if the barrier gets in the way? Has he ever been here before?

It's something like that, people use it more for politeness than anything. 'San' is the equivalent of mister or miss, while 'kun' is used for boys and 'chan' for girls if they're younger than you or they're close friends. People in the country I was born in use it sometimes, but it's a dying fad.

So it's just a part of their culture? I guess I've still got a lot to learn about other worlds.

I've heard of it, do you celebrate Christmas where you're from?

We sure do! It's usually just my friends and Master Eraqus, so it's nothing fancy. I don't think Christmas has to be, anyway.

True! How do you usually celebrate it?

Simple stuff, like getting presents for each other and spending time together.

[Spending time together... that's something she wishes she could do with her own loved ones. The few times that happened it was hard not to notice how many of them were gone.]

... Have you signed up for the Secret Santa exchange?

You bet! It sounds like a lot of fun, and I think it'd be a great way to make new friends.

It does! Have you met a lot of people here?

Mhm! I've been trying to talk to a lot of different people. I figure that if we're all stuck here together, getting to know everyone wouldn't hurt.

That's what I think, too. [Though she's still not fond of the fact that there's so many Humans about, but the recent experiment is making her more tolerant of them.]

So... aside from the Secret Santa, are you doing anything else for Christmas?

Well, I'm gonna try and get presents for my friends, too. Terra and Aqua deserve something special for Christmas. I've just gotta figure out what they'd like.

Hey, there's an idea! I could use the colors of our Wayfinders and pick something out that way.

... Wayfinder? [What the heck was that?]

It's a good luck charm. Aqua used magic on 'em so that we can use our connection to find strength when we need it most.

That's... amazing. You three are lucky. [It's something she wished she had here in Luceti. Despite the number of people here she still felt lonely sometimes, without the presence of her kind.]

Yeah. My friends mean a lot to me, so I'm glad they're here. I'm really glad that there are so many nice people here, too, so I can make new friends.

You like making friends a lot?

That's right! The way I see it, you can never have too many.

Really? [Anyone who manages to become close enough to her is usually considered more like family.]
