But why are they called sand dollars? It is most confusing. They do not seem to be made of sand and they are not dollars.

It is a shell? Why referring to dollars when it is a shell? Midgard, you are a most confusing realm.
Well, if there are starfishes I am sure there has to be a moonfish. Perhaps even an entire galaxy.
